Our Friday class series is Yoga with Resistance Bands. We’ll use resistance bands to explore mobility and strength at the end range of movement. You will need therabands and minibands for this class series.

In this yoga with resistance bands class, you’ll use a single resistance band to begin exploring simple movements and familiar yoga poses. Focus is on hand to foot extension, cross body, in poses like table balance, warrior 3, and tree pose.

In this class, you’ll explore using the cross body foot to hand loop to play with pulling away from the midline in a variety of pose. You’ll need 2 looped bands for this class.

In this bands class, you’ll mostly keep the band on the same side (looped over same hand/foot side) to play with different ways of working shoulder mobility, balance, and backbody vs front body awareness.
